  1. Craig Chambers' Ph.D. thesis, entitled "The Design and Implementation
  2. of the Self Compiler, an Optimizing Compiler for Object-Oriented
  3. Programming Languages," is available in compressed postscript form in
  4. the file thesis.ps.Z.  Two charts do not print out correctly in this
  5. file; the separate postscript files chart-page-164.ps.Z and
  6. chart-page-200.ps.Z contain correct versions of the chart data.
  7. Please note that the thesis is approximately 250 pages long.  To
  8. enable transferring and printing of smaller sections, each chapter and
  9. appendix also is available separately in the following files (in order):
  10. t{0,hesisTOC,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,a1,a2,a3,r}.ps.Z.
